Making online Payments for SMS with interswitch debit cards

To recharge your bulk sms account online follow the following steps.


1. sign into your smsdam account and select recharge your account from the list of pages on the navigation bar.

2. The recharge your account page is displayed as shown below, indicating several volumes or quantity of sms units that you can purchase together
with the cost of sms within that quantity range.

3. Select a bundle of your choice as shown below.

4. Click continue a page is displayed as shown below and you are requested to type out the exact quantiy you want to buy that falls within the range or
bundle you have selected.

5. The total cost in NGN (Nigerian Naira) is automatically computed for you as displayed below, click continue once you are through.

6. The volume and total amount due are displayed on the screen for you to see, also account details for phanerus Technologies in case you want to make a
payment too large to be remitted by interswitch.

8. Click the green Continue to Nairapay button , you get directed to nairapay.net (online payment system for phanerus technologies) and an invoice
detailing the transaction is displayed on the screen also a copy is mailed to your box. Important details like the transaction ref the cart id
prices and product description are all detailed in the invoice.

10. Scroll down to the green button written Pay with interswitch debit card and click it after studying the details of the transaction and are ready to make payments.

11. A transaction summary page displaying the Total charge, Transaction charge, Total bill, Transaction ID is displayed with a bright green button that says Continue to Interswitch as displayed below.

12. Click the Continue to Interswitch button and get directed to the final payment page which has the GTbank logo.

13. You then get to the secure GTbank page where you type the digits on your ATM card (Note: all ATM cards with the interswitch logo work on this page) and type your 4 (four) digit pin, Your expiry date month and expiry date year. Then you use the keyboard on the screen and your mouse pointer to type your 4 digit pin ( this is a security check that prevents your pin from getting out, since it is selected on screen and not typed ).

14. The amount that will be deducted from your account will be displayed on the secure page as shown below, then click on the pay button to make the payments.

15. You will have to wait to get a confirmation, after the processing is done on the Gtbank / Interswitch page you will be redirected back to smsdam.com and the status of your transaction will be shown.

16. While the transaction is processing the webpage will look as displayed below, before you get redirected automatically back to smsdam and the transaction status shown on the screen. With a blue for a successfull transaction and red for a failed transaction.

17. On completion of payment an SMS is sent to your phone notifying you of the amount of SMS units that your account has been credited with and a
transaction successful page like the one displayed below is shown.

18. Also another copy of the invoice with the payment status as paid (highlighted in blue) is mailed to your box, confirming that payments have been received.
