THE KNOWLEGDE BASE APPLICATION

You may have wondered to yourself , how do I create address book groups on smsdam.com? How do I resend already sent messages or how do I set up a onecast group ? There is a thousand and one questions you could ask but  the knowledge base application just got a new lease of life.

If you have been using smsdam consistently for your mobile campaigns you would have observed that most pages in the portal are accessed by  hyper links.  Now all you have to do is a mouse over on the links and the knowledge base avatar pops up and  gives you a hint on what the next page is all about as you click.  Information on what you can do and how to do it  are all explained by the hint from the knowledgebase avatar.

DATA EXPORT TO EXCEL

Several kinds of data accumulate in the database against each user's account as they continually send bulk messages , recieve inbound messages from shortcode campaigns and create phone book contacts. All this can be exported in excel format for analysis , reporting and documentation. The EXPORT DATA TO EXCEL button can be seen on the relevant pages and used when necessary.
